The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and made us feel like part of the family. The English-speaking staff, like Gloria and Andres David, were particularly helpful in assisting us with translations and getting around. We also loved the cozy and authentic feel of the hotel, with its lovely views of coffee and banana tree fields.
We only wish we could have stayed longer at this hotel. We truly enjoyed our romantic escape and everything about our stay was fantastic.
